I had an incident happen this weekend, and as a single father with no one else close to my kids or I, the repercussions of my exclusivity could have been absolutely devastating!
For many boys, the absence of a father figure during their formative years means they must figure out essential life lessons on their own. Basic skills such as learning how to ride a bike, throw a baseball, or handle the first heartbreak can feel even more daunting when there isn’t a trusted adult to offer guidance and support.
